Systems-thinker | Communication Infrastructure Architect

A systems thinker, I bridge the gap between a company's vision and operational reality —architecting the narrative infrastructure for ₹1,500 Cr+ FMCG brands and engineering the GTM logic for AI-driven enterprise platforms.

I specialize in eliminating Communication Tax—the internal friction that slows down GTM velocity and erodes profit. I treat organizational infrastructure with the same forensic care as a two-decade personal audit.

Operational Philosophy

In 2016, I experienced the loss of sovereignty with debt. I decided to maintain 18 years of forensic audit of every system I interacted with, eventually arresting financial leaks.

This longitudinal research led to a single conclusion: Entropy is the silent tax on growth.

I decided that this Entropy can be eliminated with Samatvam, the removal of what is not required. It is the pursuit of systemic equanimity by balancing the forces that create organizational noise.

Money

When you know exactly where every unit of capital is, you stop operating out of fear and start operating out of power.

Movement

Friction is a silent killer. A "Two-Way Handshaking" must be prioritized to ensure no action is taken on an assumption.

Materials

Inventory is dead weight unless it’s organized by logic. I treat every asset—physical or digital—as a component of a larger lifecycle.

The Samatvam philosophy was not found in a textbook; it was found in my spreadsheets, my travels, and at my workplaces.

"I conducted a 17-year audit of my money, revealing hidden truths and identifying the exact habits that were leaking my capital, ending the 'Ostrich Effect.'"
"A single misinterpretation of an order in a bakery chain I worked at in 2009, resulted in a ₹2,000 cake being shipped to a customer who hadn't confirmed. On a ₹6,000 salary, I bought that cake. Without a centralized Source of Truth (SSOT), an organization is just a series of expensive assumptions."
"While traveling in North Sri Lanka, a missed bus and a lack of local spatial intelligence left me stranded on a dark road in a high-risk zone. It proved that safety isn't a product—it’s a logic of community density and real-time recalculation."
